Capable of producing 3 loaf sizes, (1.5 lb., 2 lb. or 2.5 lb.), the 41410 also includes a keep warm setting in case the bread is ready before you are. Dual kneading blades more thoroughly knead the dough for higher rise in less time than those with a single blade and the finished product is delivered in a traditional loaf shape in the horizontal bread pan. A new feature of this West Bend breadmaker is a gluten-free setting, to help accommodate everyone in the home. The delayed start cycle option can be set for up to 13 hours- meaning you can prep in the morning and then come home from work to freshly baked, warm bread. With power interruption recovery, there is no need to restart or reset if the power goes out and the bread viewing window on the top door allows you to watch the transformation unfold. Worth consideration for a first breadmaker Bread machines and I are old friends. I’ve had multiples for years and years, giving away the old when I purchased the new but always keeping a couple as backups in case I lose the paddle or something goes wrong with the pan. Who knew it was so easy….wonderful! Who knew bread making was so easy……

Problem with Bread Pans We purchased this in October and have made several loaves of wonderful bread. So now I bet you are thinking why did I give this one star? Unfortunately, after making several loaves of bread, we had problem with the paddles coming free during the kneed cycle and scrapping the pan and causing both metal shards and the non-stick coating into the bread making it inedible.
