Great Item I bought this to make a paleo version of sourdough bread. The recipe called for a loaf pan this size. The leading one is made of aluminum which I’m not crazy about. Use parchment paper and you’re okay. My favorite pans are the mini-loaf pans from USA, and I wished they made one in this size as well, because they are far superior.
