It Does The Job Have had the slicer for a bit over a year. I don’t use it every day or even every week. When our freezer gets low on sliced meats we take the stuff we have bought on sale (boneless ham, London broil, rump roast etc), cook it as needed and have a slicing party. The machine produces quality slices, speedily, with relatively little frustration. We like to do our own because most deli meats seem to have been processed with a high salt solution of some kind.
